The Balm claims about The Balm Girls lipstick
These double agents provide your pucker with amazing pigment and rich conditioners. TheBalm Girls’ sleek packaging can infiltrate even the smallest evening bag to give your lips all the secret service they need!
Can we just take a moment to appreciate how cute the names of The Balm lipstick are?! They are inspired by The Bond girls and I find this lipstick line’s colors are very classic, chic much like the gorgeous Bond girls.
The line contains only 6 colors but it covers every staple color from bright red, light beige, bright cool pink to an unique brown-red, the one I purchased.
The packaging of The Balm Girls lipstick is a silver bullet shaped tube, a little chubbier than MAC lipstick and I find this very boring! However, the lipstick quality itself WOW-ed me! The texture is lightweight, smooth. It glides on the lipstick really easily and gives good pigmentation. The lasting power is not so strong after eating and drinking but it’s acceptable (around 4-5 hours before fading). This lipstick does transfer.
It has a slight smell of mint but it disappears quickly once applied. It also gives me the tingly feeling of a lip plumper. The Balm Girls lipstick moistures my lips really well, the swatch below I used Amanda Kissmylips on dry, chapped lips.
The thing I love from this lipstick is the color. I own a few brown lippie but this one is the most wearable and special. With a hint of red, it just looks so chic, seductive but not too ..harsh like some other browns.
